LA CLOCHETTE DU COIN was created by siblings from Madagascar, Willy and Karine in May 2015. As their interest for coffee grew over the years, they decided to open a coffee shop based on a classic European neighborhood café, where warmth, friendliness, and quality are the focus.
The goal was simple; to serve great coffee and food, in a place that promotes friendships and collaboration with the community.
Yet, we are firm believer that craft excellence arises from repetition of a known skill-set. To us, craft-making and artisanal-making is a daily ritual that is continually refined. The consistency of quality stems from time-tested methods of production and extraction aimed at releasing the most refined product. Our focus is to respect and showcase the specific characteristics that set each ingredient apart. Our team aim to pay great attention to the preparation process to ensure that you enjoy a consistent experience that is matched nowhere else.
